sploot coin FAQ

You can check your sploot coin balance from either the personal dashboard or from the market tab

• Users can earn coins when they make a purchase on the sploot app or when they review a product on the sploot app
• Users will earn 2% cashbacks as coins on their every purchase across every category. For eg: if a user spends Rs 200 on the sploot app, they will earn 4 sploot coins as cashback
• User will earn 5 coins for every product they review on the app

• Users can pay using sploot coins for their purchases
• While making a purchase a user can pay upto 5% of the order amount using coins.
• Coins cans be clubbed with any ongoing discount
• Coins are not applicable on walking subscription products.

Sploot coins have no expiry date.

• For products requiring delivery, the cashback coins will be credited when the order gets delivered
• For grooming & walking services, the coins will be credited instantly after making the payment.
